Our process

Step 1 : Introductory call
We begin with an introductory phone call to establish a clear understanding of your background, career goals and interests. During this conversation, we will introduce Fitexa, explain how we operate, outline the clients we partner with and explain about the role we contacted you for. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions regarding the role, the client and any other relevant information you would like to know.

Step 2 : In-depth discussion
If we identify a mutual fit, we will schedule a more comprehensive conversation. At this stage, we will provide a detailed overview of the position, explain specifics about the client, the team culture and discuss a suitable salary / rate range which will culminate in a proposed level based on your experience, expectations, the role’s budget and what we believe we can secure from the client.

Step 3 : Client submission
Once we jointly agree that the role is the right match, we will present your profile to the client, follow up diligently and keep you informed on the progress.

Step 4 : Interview preparation and coordination
If the client wishes to move forward, we will coordinate the interview process, typically one or two stages. We will ensure you are fully prepared with the tailored guidance, resources and practical advice to help you succeed.

Step 5 : Offer, agreement and onboarding
If the client decides to proceed with an offer, Fitexa will contact you to finalize the contracts based on the agreed terms in previous stages. We will review all details with you to ensure full clarity and confidence before finalizing and signing the contracts. In parallel, we will initiate the onboarding process. This includes completing required compliance checks by the clients, such as submitting relevant documentation (e.g, work history, certificate of good conduct etc.).

Step 6 : First day
With all the formalities complete, you are ready to begin your new position. We will provide you with all the information needed for your first working day. If a relocation is required, our experienced relocation team will provide comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and seamless transition into your new environment.

Step 7 : Ongoing support and a strong partnership
